I initially left a review that wasn’t very positive, but after working more closely with Mosaic Fairfax and having a thoughtful conversation with the branch manager, I realized my first impression didn’t reflect the full picture. Plus, when another supplier delivered the wrong floors during our reno, Mosaic stepped in and supplied the perfect floors within days. That quick turnaround and attention to customer service really stood out. Overall, they’ve proven to be a great option – responsive, solution-oriented, and easy to work with.

Jessica Robbins is excellent. She juggles multiple clients and questions at the same time. She listens well and gives great advice.

I was able to add a beautiful bathroom thanks to the people at Mosaic Home Interiors. My budget was limited, but Brandon helped me find tiles that worked in my space. I also ordered backsplash tiles, and I’m very pleased with all the help I recieved in the service area.

We were redoing a hall bathroom shower only. I met with our sales rep Damien in the afternoon. He was helpful in narrowing down what we wanted, and we picked out a beautiful subway tile with an accented feature to go around all three walls. Damien also helped us choose a floor tile that worked beautifully with our existing finishes. He was knowledgeable with his quality product selection and helping us with our selection of materials. The shower tiles were spot on. I was there for less than an hour and we got just what we wanted. Thank you, Damien!

Erin has a strong working knowledge of Mosaic’s offerings. She navigates the samples with ease, providing just enough options to evaluate without feeling overwhelmed. She is creative, innovative and has a gifted sense of design. Her depth of experience allows her to offer well thought out suggestions. She is attentive and sharp and easily understands the scope and budget of the desired work. Erin’s warm and engaging personality and sharp intellect make working with her delightful!

I also want to mention that the ordering process at Mosaic is simple. Jen Barrett was very detailed in helping me navigate the selection sheet and helped identify an area where I had not provided accurate information. She was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

I want to recognize Brandon K. for his superior customer service! Due to a faulty installation by a vendor, we required a total remodel. Brandon listened to our vision, helped with selection, and made valuable recommendations. We have a health challenged child with mobility concerns; Brandon not only pulled a textured tile but poured water on it to demonstrate live the surface! Talk about thinking outside the box! We highly recommend partnering with the Mosaic team!

Julian Branco at Mosaic is a pro! We had a one hour design consultation with him and he nailed it. When we arrived, he had already pulled sample colors and patterns that he felt we would want and in less than 30 minutes, we had the bathroom design we wanted not only selected, but a checklist of materials required to purchase.

We were very lucky to have Erin R. assist us. Despite the location being short-staffed, she never seemed rushed. She took the time to help us understand the possibilities and guided us toward a decision we were really happy with. I really liked that she had an idea of what would work but didn’t force it on us — she simply explained the reasoning so we had the information needed to decide. This helped narrow down the possibilities to the point where we could confidently make a decision. In the end, we chose what she suggested, and it was perfect! Great personality, too, and sparkles for the holiday!

With their help and advice we achieved beautiful results and appreciate the quality products. This last visit, my box of tiles were handled with care as they were placed in my truck. I am so glad we found Mosaic Home Interiors. Everyone here has been so kind and they have a great variety of options. I am especially grateful for Kylli’s support.
